This friendly retreat features a beautiful pool (shared with the other 16 owners), an outdoor shower, a comfortable living room, one master bedroom with private bathroom and a queen size bed, a second bedroom with Queen size bed and a fully equipped kitchen for your ultimate vacation experience in Costa Rica. This condo is brand new, with modern furniture, kitchen, A/C, hot water, TV/Cable, high speed internet, security 24/7. Towels are provided.

You can walk around the entire property, have a bike ride, run, swim at the lakes, use the pool and the decks that are available for everybody!!

Other things to note
This is a neighborhood of families. Please respect quiet hours. Anything can be delivered in Hermosa, from Pizza to groceries to full catered meals. Some popular activities are zip lining, horseback riding, surf lessons, fishing, whale watching (seasonal), Tortuga Island tour and many more. Manuel Antonio National park is just 50min drive south. There you will see an abundance of wild life such as sloths, monkeys, toucans…at the end of you walk you will be delighted by two white sand beaches.

This condo is in a beautiful and private property. Its residents range from families to part time residents to vacationers. It is gate guarded with a 24/7 security guard who walks the neighborhood nightly. After a day at the many beaches that are around (Hermosa, Jacó, Esterillos, Manuel Antonio), it is a relaxing place to come home to.

Best option is to rent a car as property is 5 miles away from shopping stores, bars and restaurants. Also it would be easier to move around between different beaches and national parks. Condo is 1.5 hours away from Costa Rica Juan Santamaria Int’l airport.
